General Physicals
Annual physicals are an important part of keeping healthy. A physical is geared toward disease prevention. Please bring a complete list of all medications, over the counter medications, vitamins and supplements you are taking. We will also update your health and family history. If you are 30 years or older, consider coming to your appointment fasting (nothing to eat or drink after midnight except water). This allows blood work to be done the same day as your appointment.

Well Child Care
Yearly physical examinations are an important part of your child’s health. Well child visits include a complete physical exam, review of medical history, family history, medications and immunization. Please bring a record of your child’s immunizations and all medications, vitamins and herbal supplements they are taking. Please refer to our Parents’ Corner for more detail on immunizations.

Acute Care
It is our goal to make sure you can be seen in a timely manner. We keep several appointments open each day for problems that need to be addressed that same day. Our physicians also provide quick care visits. These visits are for brief problems such as sore throats, colds, flu or urinary infections. We schedule them so that your wait time is very brief and you can be in and out of the office in a short time to fit in to your busy schedule.

Chronic Conditions
Caring for your chronic conditions is an important part of your overall health. Below are a few of the most common chronic conditions we treat.
  • Diabetes (High Blood Sugar)
    • Diabetics are typically seen every 3 months. At these visits, it is important to bring a log of your blood sugars. This will help your physician adjust your medications. Blood work is typically done at each visit as well.
